The Cawdor Companion is an AI-enabled negotiation training and preparation system providing learning modules, scenario simulations, structured planning tools, and AI-generated feedback.

The Services are provided for professional and commercial development purposes only.

4. Accounts and Registration

You may be required to create an account to access parts of the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

If your account is suspended or terminated, you must not create a new account without our written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Services in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful manner.

You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, extract, or derive the source code, prompts, models, methodologies, or underlying logic of the platform.

You must not use the Services to develop, train, benchmark, or improve any competing negotiation system or commercial training product.

You must not share login credentials or provide unauthorised access to third parties.

You must not interfere with, disrupt, or impose an undue burden on the Services or connected networks.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Where Services are provided on a paid basis, fees will be set out at the point of purchase or in an agreed order form.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

7. Artificial Intelligence Features

The platform uses artificial intelligence to generate feedback and analysis based on user inputs.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before acting on them.

We do not use user-submitted content to train publicly available AI models.

You remain responsible for any content you submit to the Services.
